Anthony William, the medical medium. When someone goes through a hard time, they have a difficult
struggle, an emotional struggle, or they have a problem in their relationships,
maybe a problem with a friend, maybe a big disagreement, maybe a falling out.
so many people have a falling out
maybe it's a partner
somebody really close to you
a relationship
and something goes wrong
and it doesn't seem fixable
it's at a point where
maybe it's at the end
and it feels hopeless
like it just can't be fixed.
Often what happens then,
we put blame on ourselves.
We feel ashamed.
We feel like it's all our fault.
And then we identify ourselves as that.
We feel like that's who we are.
But it's not.
We have a soul.
It's much deeper.
It's much bigger than all of that.
It's much bigger than a falling out.
It's much bigger than a disagreement.
It's much bigger than an emotional hardship
with a relationship
or a close friend.
or even a family member or a sibling.
We're more than that argument.
We're more than that falling out.
We're more than that breakup.
It doesn't define us.
Often what happens when someone goes through a really difficult time
and they have a relationship breakup where it falls apart,
someone may have left them or they've had to leave someone
we take that story and it's what identifies us in our mind in our consciousness and our subconscious
and then it's hard to break we just can't seem to swim out of it we think about it all the time
it becomes such a part of us it just takes over and if that's happening in your life
If you're going through any kind of hard time
and that's happening in your life,
you have to remember
that that's not every part of you.
That's not all you who you are.
That isn't everything about you.
It's not.
Your soul has information
from long, long ago.
And if you think your soul was just
created yesterday.
If you think your soul
is fresh off the press
and it's brand new
and all it knows
is what you know now,
you might be mistaken.
Our souls have been here
a long time
and they have an untapped history
deep within them.
a history of lots of different challenges and falling outs
and difficult times and struggles.
And in the end, that's not what defines us
because our soul is much more than all of that
and holds a lot more information about all of the amazing, good,
incredible, pure, powerful things that are inside all of us.
it's just that things burn and they hurt so bad.
We have some type of falling out or disagreement or hardship with anyone.
It just burns and it stings and it hurts.
And we don't forget it.
It's not easy to forget because it burns and it stings and it hurts.
So we carry it with us.
Sometimes carrying part of that with us is good.
It helps us so we don't get burned and stung again.
We learn from it. We need to learn from it.
But at the same time, it can take over us.
And it feels like it just takes over everything, our spirit, our heart, our soul.
And it feels like it's just looming over us.
and then that becomes us
but that's not who we are
it's not who you are
it's not who everybody is
we're much bigger
it's much bigger
than the struggles
we face here
on the earth
in this physical form
and then we move forward
and some of us can move forward
experience new references, new experiences
and we try to
cover up the old experiences
we try to bury them
bury them deep
we look for the shiny new thing all the time
and we start chasing the shiny new thing
to cover up the wounds and the hurt and the memories.
And as we're chasing that shiny new thing,
we're trying to forget what we've been through.
And sometimes that just gets us in trouble too
because we end up recreating a pattern and we do it again.
Or we go through it again.
or it happens to us again.
And when it does, we feel like, why?
Why did that happen?
And then we feel like we then identify everything as that.
But we're much more than that.
Our soul is much bigger than that.
It's much deeper than that.
It's much older than that.
We have to remember that.
that these are small things compared to where your soul has been.
These are small things compared to the journey you've been on all this time,
all this way.
It's small potatoes compared to everything your soul has been through.
and the journey it has taken.
And you have survived it, you'll survive it again,
and you'll keep on surviving it.
But it's important not to get so tangled up in that web
where everything is about that wound
to the point where it takes over and consumes you.
because you're much more than that.
Who you are as a soul and a person
and a being is much bigger than all of that.
Anyway,
hope all is going good
and talk to you again as soon as possible,
as soon as I can.
Many blessings, lots of love.
Thank you.
